What do I need to give you?
Your business name, what you do, your phone and email, and any logo or photos you already have. If you do not have a logo or photos yet, we will help you work out what you need.
Who owns my domain and my content?
You do. Your web address is registered in your name and your content is yours. If you leave, we give you a full copy of your site.
Can you set up my business email?
We do not host email. We will point you to a standard provider and can help connect it to your domain.
How long does it take?
It depends on the package and how quickly you can send us your content. We will give you a realistic schedule in writing before we start.
Can customers pay me online?
Yes, as an add-on, through Stripe's hosted checkout. We never handle card numbers on our servers.
What if my site goes down?
We monitor it and fix problems. We cannot promise a site will never go down, and the written agreement spells out what you can expect.
